ABOUT THE PRESENTER
With over two decades of senior executive experience in both start-ups and billion-dollar
global corporations, Tina is dedicated to crafting innovative solutions that prioritize
excellence. Her commitment to doing things right and better has been a driving force
throughout her career.
Having invested more than 10,000 hours over 1000 peer group meetings since 2005,
Tina's expertise led her to establish and later sell her TAB (The Alternative Board)
franchise in Maryland’s Baltimore-Washington Corridor in 2012. Remarkably, she
became one of the largest single-owner peer board franchisees globally in the first year,
paving the way for her role as the founder of LXCouncil (Leader Exchange Council).
At LXCouncil, the mission is to empower professionals to successfully create and
manage peer advisory groups with a 100% success rate. We provide unwavering

community designed for long-term financial impact.
Tina holds a degree from Harvard Business School’s Program for Management
Development, earned a B.S. in Marketing and Business Logistics from the University of
Missouri and attended INSEAD. She is Certified in DISC and PIAV behavior
assessments has also actively participated in Dan Sullivan's Strategic Coach Program,
further enriching her strategic acumen. She holds the CEPA designation and co-leads
the EPI Accelerator Program.
