The webinar offers valuable thought leadership in the exit planning community, focusing on commercial real estate’s (CRE) influence on enterprise value and the integration of exit planning principles into commercial real estate. CRE assets, either owned or leased, are an often overlooked and underutilized lever for value creation. For financial advisors, business brokers, CEPAs or RIAs - these are the top 10 questions to ask your clients about their CRE assets.
Learning Objectives:
- Maximize: Maximize the support and benefits the CRE, either owned or leased, provides to the operating business.
- Recognize: Recognize and treat the ownership of CRE as a business, and not as an asset or a line on the operating financials.
- Apply: Apply the same methodology and analytical rigor to the CRE business as applied to the operating business
