Meet Stu Morris:
Stuart is board certified by The Florida Bar in wills, trusts, and estates and is a certified public accountant. He focuses his practice on estate and gift tax planning; wills and trusts; business structuring and succession planning; asset preservation planning; domestic and international tax planning; probate and trust administration; and special needs planning.
Stuart is sought after as a featured speaker on national and local levels. He has spoken on a wide array of topics such as wealth preservation for business owners and high net worth individuals and more. He has spoken in front of numerous audiences, including many of the major financial institutions, the Florida Bar, the New York State Bar Association, New York University Institute of Taxation, Stetson University Law School, John Handcock Financial Partners, the Broward Health Foundation, and many other local corporate and charitable organizations. He has been quoted in the Sun Sentinel, Worth, and The Daily Business Review. He has also been recognized in Worth magazine, Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, Florida Trend, and many other publications.
Stuart is currently serving as chairman of the Junior Achievement of South Florida Charitable Foundation, Inc., serves on the Junior Achievement board of directors, the Executive Committee for AIPAC of South Palm Beach County, and serves on the board of directors of many privately held businesses and private charitable foundations. He previously served on the board of directors a number of other charitable organizations in South Florida.
Stuart earned his bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in accounting and law degree from the University of Florida.
Meet Mitchell Goldberg:
Mitchell Goldberg is partner on Berger Singerman's Business, Finance and Tax Team and is Board-Certified Specialist in Tax Law by The Florida Bar. Mitchell concentrates his practice in the areas of federal income, partnership, corporate, international and transfer taxation and related business transactional matters. He counsels businesses and individuals on choice of entity for both new business ventures and for restructuring ongoing businesses in order to achieve desired economic and tax results.
Meet Ethan Burke:
Ethan Burke, CAP® is Regional Director, Southeast at National Philanthropic Trust
(NPT). As a Regional Director, he cultivates relationships with financial advisors in AL,
FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, TN and VA, providing consultative support to help clients
achieve their philanthropic goals. He is based in Charlottesville, VA.
Prior to working at NPT, Ethan had more than 20 years of experience in advanced
philanthropic planning. He spent over 10 years with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital,
working with high-net-worth individuals on legacy planning with complex assets. Ethan
also served as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch as a private wealth strategist. He
received a graduate certificate from Georgetown University in Managing Global Business
and a B.A. in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
