Building a company that’s attractive to buyers isn’t just about revenue, it’s about systems, accountability, and culture. In my first company, we used EOS® to scale and eventually exit. But along the way, I struggled with scattered spreadsheets, documents, and tools that made running EOS harder than it needed to be.
I looked at existing tools in the market and none were strong enough or made life simple enough. That inspired us to create Strety, internally first and now commercially available. We’re an official licensee of EOS as of January 2025 and the platform companies love. Strety brings all the pure EOS tools, VTO™, Scorecards, Rocks, Issues, and L10 Meetings™, etc into one simple platform, while adding massive features like project management, surveys, and performance reviews (all at the same price point). Additionally, we have the most and tightest integrations which we’ll cover, including an app for Microsoft Teams and syncing To-Dos with WealthBox…. among dozens of others.
The result: less clutter, stronger execution, better alignment, and businesses that run more smoothly and become more valuable. In this session, I’ll share how Strety was built from real-world lessons of scaling to sale, and why it’s quickly become the go-to platform for growth-minded businesses.
Learning Objectives:
- Discover how EOS strengthens execution and builds transferable value.
- Learn how Strety simplifies and enhances EOS with modern business tools.
- Understand how technology can help companies scale more efficiently and prepare for exit.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Brian Dosal is a two-time software founder with a passion for building companies that people love to work in…. and that buyers want to acquire. In 2010, he co-founded BrightGauge Software, a SaaS platform for business intelligence, and bootstrapped it from idea to global adoption.
After eight years of rapid growth, BrightGauge was acquired by a private equity-backed organization in 2018. Along the way, Brian and his team ran on the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), which gave them the clarity and accountability to scale. But he also saw firsthand the challenges of managing EOS with scattered spreadsheets, slides, and documents. That pain point, and the lessons learned from scaling to exit, inspired his next venture: Strety. Today, Brian is the CEO of Strety, the EOS+ platform that combines all the core EOS tools with modern business essentials like project management, performance reviews, and employee engagement surveys. Strety helps leadership teams execute better, strengthen culture, and build companies that are both more valuable and more enjoyable to run.
Brian’s mission is simple: to help entrepreneurs create businesses where people love to work, and to prepare those businesses to be attractive, transferable, and ready for exit when the time comes.
When he’s not building software, Brian enjoys CrossFit and chasing adventures with his family in Park City, Utah.
