I earned my Certified Financial Planner ® designation in 2017 and built a large regional RIA practice and partnership from which I exited in 2019. Fascinated by the team approach and methodology required for proper enterprise valuation, I obtained the Certified Exit Plan Advisor CEPA designation in 2020 from the Exit Planning Institute. This designation allows me to walk alongside small business owners who express a desire to actively plan for the eventual sale of their business. I collaborate closely with legal and accounting partners to ethically grow enterprise value to achieve highest multiples at sale. As a strategic advisor and integral part of the advisory team, I must be fluent in financial management, demonstrate excellent analytical skills, and possess the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
