Cara Gray is the founder of Good Morning Freedom, a consultancy dedicated to helping executives, professionals, and business owners design an intentional and fulfilling “third act” beyond their primary careers. Her work centers on guiding clients through life’s most important non-financial transitions—exploring purpose, identity, community, relationships, well-being, and legacy.

Through a structured process, Cara develops a customized, resource-rich blueprint that captures 30–40 hours of in-depth analysis and strategy. This 20–30 page plan serves as a practical roadmap, giving clients clarity, direction, and confidence as they step into what’s next. She also co-founded The Business Owner Collective, an exclusive online community for owners seeking immediate freedom without a sale. This private, owners-only community delivers proven, purpose-driven results. Most planning isolates personal development from business performance. We reject that. Here, personal freedom drives business freedom and financial freedom—in an integrated path to success and significance on your terms. Cara holds the designations of Certified Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA™), along with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
