With over two decades of senior executive experience in start-ups and billion-dollar corporations, Tina sold her TAB franchise in 2012, becoming one of the largest peer board franchisees globally.
She founded LXCouncil to empower professionals to create and manage peer advisory groups successfully. She holds a degree from Harvards’ PMD Program, a B.S. in Marketing and Business Logistics from the University of Missouri, and attended INSEAD and Strategic Coach. Tina is certified in DISC & PIAV, and is a CEPA.
Tina has an unmatched track record for successful mastermind groups. Frustrated by a lack of strategy from her franchisor, strategic forward-looking thinking in the sector, she was determined to help others build successful Mastermind groups. She developed her own methodology for starting and expanding mastermind groups. In 2005, her launch approach was so successful, she immediately became one of the top 10 franchises globally in just 2 months.
