ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Meet Juan Tagle:
Since 2001, Palm Beach Capital has been a leading private equity group focused on the capital needs of private, growth-oriented companies in the U.S. lower middle market. Investments typically take the form of buyouts or growth equity investments.
Each Palm Beach Capital Partner has made significant personal commitments to each of our funds. We believe this commitment ensures that their interests remain very closely aligned with our Limited Partners
Juan is a Jupiter native and Director at Palm Beach Capital. His primary responsibilities include leading new deal origination, fundraising, and investor relations.
Prior to joining Palm Beach Capital, Juan was a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase in the Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries Group. There for 12 years, Juan led a team of South Florida-based Middle Market Bankers and worked very closely with companies ranging from $20M-$1B in revenues. Juan was responsible for overseeing the delivery of various product sets, including senior credit facilities, debt capital markets, investment banking, and treasury management solutions. Juan was licensed 79 and 63 (both inactive).
Juan is also very involved in local community engagement efforts and currently sits on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County.
Juan is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, BS in Finance.
Meet Andrew Faubel:
O2 Investment Partners is a Midwestern-based private equity firm that seeks to acquire majority interests in lower middle market family/founder-owned businesses in B2B services, technology, and select niche industrial companies. The firm invests in businesses with earnings growth potential and a clear path to the creation of shareholder value.
O2 invests to build and grow the business and take it to its next stage of development. This requires not only a clear vision and a strategic plan to create shareholder value, but also a close partnership and an alignment of interest with management.
Andrew is a Vice President at O2 Investment Partners. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new transactions, due diligence, underwriting, and working in partnership with O2’s portfolio company management teams.
Prior to joining O2, Andrew was with Crescent Cove, a TMT focused multi-strategy investment firm based in San Francisco. Prior to that, Andrew was with Evercore in New York and San Francisco, advising corporate clients on M&A and capital markets transactions. He began his career at Bank of America in New York, advising institutional and ultra high net worth clients on investment strategy. Andrew currently serves on the Board of Directors of Straightaway Tire & Auto.
Andrew received an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BS in Management and Psychology from Boston College, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
