In part 3, we will continue our deep dive into the methodology, key concepts to be understood by owners and their advisors, and how to increase the value of a business. Meet Brian Coulter:
Brian is a business counselor, trial lawyer, and shareholder in Roetzel & Andress’s Youngstown, Ohio office. As outside general counsel for a number of companies, Brian works closely with his clients to understand their businesses, mitigate their risks, help capture their opportunities, and solve their problems. When litigation is unavoidable or advantageous, Brian also routinely and aggressively advocates for his clients in the courtroom and at the negotiation table.
Brian’s clients run the gamut from publicly traded Fortune 500 companies to locally owned family businesses. No matter the client, Brian approaches all legal matters with the same goal: to obtain the best possible outcome for the lowest possible cost, whether measured in time, attention, or dollars and cents.
Brian regularly counsels small and middle market clients with regard to growth and exit-planning strategies. He and his team of attorneys achieve favorable results for both buyers and sellers of assets and/or equity. They also assist clients explore growth opportunities relating to intellectual property and/or other intangible assets.
Brian is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee (2011) and the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in Columbus, Ohio (2014). He is the former president of the Mahoning Valley Young Professionals, the current Vice Chair of OH WOW! The Roger & Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science & Technology, the recipient of the MVP Designation at the 25 Under 35 Awards (2022), and a proud graduate of the Ohio State Bar Association Leadership Academy.
Brian is a Mahoning Valley native and currently resides in Canfield, Ohio with his wife and four children.

A Western Pennsylvania native, Matt’s roots run deep in the community. He’s a devoted family man, proud father of two grown children, and he shares his life in Allison Park with his wife Holly and their cherished boxers, Lola, and Enzo.

Meet Kimberly Dyer:

In addition, I am a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant & Six Working Genius Consultant to increase team health and communication.
After witnessing how my family's manufacturing company struggled with the balance of logic and emotion, I was recruited by a Fortune 500 company and benefited from world-class management training. During my tenure there, I worked on cutting edge technology, mergers and acquisitions and supply chain optimization. While a member of the leadership team of a division, I formulated the go to market strategies and distribution channels and later executed the successful sale to an industry leader.
