He excelled in roles of internal wholesaling, management of the internal sales staff, Sales Relationship Manager for National Accounts, and ultimately Regional Vice President over the West Coast, where he led the country in sales for six of the eight years.
In 2015, Brad found an opportunity to assist advisors in building stronger relationships with their clients through a broader-based solution approach and became the Chief Marketing Officer of an established Brokerage General Agency in Arizona. This approach allowed the firm to grow sales across all business lines during his time with the firm through strategic initiatives and recruiting new distribution outlets.
Brad, during his tenure at the BGA and Insurance Carriers, thereafter, built sales exponentially in the life insurance space, focusing on ideation and strategy with his distribution partners. He developed case opportunities and nurtured the sales process with advisors in the individual, estate planning, and business marketplaces.
