Brad Barros brings over 35 years of leadership in risk mitigation, adept at resolving complex issues and pioneering industry advancements. His extensive experience includes founding and steering various life and casualty insurance entities, launching a global joint venture with a "Big 8" NYSE-listed CPA firm, and establishing two national consulting firms that offer customized strategies for AI risk management and sophisticated tax solutions tailored to family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and professionals in entertainment and sports.
An alumnus of the University of Delaware, Brad is passionately committed to philanthropy, actively supporting the B+ Foundation and Casey Cares Foundation.
Meet Suzanne Harp:
Suzanne Harp is Vice President of Strategic Accounts and leads Generational Group’s Professional Alliance Program. Suzanne builds win-win relationships and alliances within the professional communities of CPAs, Wealth Advisors, Attorneys, and other advisors. She develops customized programs within each professional community, providing their constituencies with the highest quality M&A experience in the mid-market space.
Prior to joining the Generational team, Mrs. Harp spent 16 years as a sales executive in a number of industry sectors, including Technology, Digital Marketing, Travel, and Professional Sports. Suzanne is passionate about building scalable high growth business models and fostering a client-centric culture that serves others with the highest integrity.
Mrs. Harp is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Art, IDS, with a concentration in Public Relations and Communications. She lives in Dallas with her husband and four amazing children, who continue to both challenge and inspire them every day.
