ABOUT THE PRESENTER
David Marston is a business operations and leadership specialist, with over 30 years of experience in FMCG, biotech, manufacturing, and supply chain.
David spent several years at Procter & Gamble in Canada in consumer goods marketing, including the position of National Brand Manager for Doritos at Frito Lay. After completing his MBA he joined CSC Index in the IT Strategy and Chemicals & Energy practice areas. He was also a Director at KPMG Advisory and Archstone Consulting, before becoming an independent consultant.
During his time as a strategy and operations consultant, Dave delivered nearly 100 successful projects, including a number of M&A integration engagements, for more than 30 clients across the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia. His later roles were often interim leadership, C level positions.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Queen’s University, Ontario, and an MBA in Finance and Operations Management, from Columbia Business School in New York.
Andrew Alles is a seasoned organizational change practitioner who for almost 30 years has graced many of the world’s most recognized brands executives - representing store & ecommerce operations, marketing, finance, IT, supply chain and strategy - with his focus on outcomes.
As Revenue and Operations SVP at Global Response Andrew delivered double-digit compound annual growth rates supporting Marketing, Business Development, Financial Modeling, Solutions Design, Commercial Contract Negotiations, Operations, Technology and Account Management.
At Exel he earned an Account Management recognition award for improving the operational performance in excess of 20%, for a Fortune 100 Retail client. And as Supply Chain Solutions Director he was an executive level engagement leader for supply chain network transformation.
Andrew moved to Fort Lauderdale from Toronto when he was promoted to Solutions Manager for Tibbett & Britten in 2002.
He has a B.A. in political science, from the University of Toronto.
Steve Nunn is the CEO of Intista, a company that helps acquirers of lower-mid or mid-size businesses improve how they integrate their acquired businesses.
Steve has 16 years’ experience in acquisition integration and decades in training, staff development and project management. His industry experience includes technology, healthcare, staffing, civil engineering, architecture, heavy industry, retail, and academia. He has worked in more than 20 countries.
Steve has participated in or delivered 30 integrations with a total deal value estimated at $3.6B and onboarded 3000 employees, with the number of acquired employees in an integration ranging from 4 to 800.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Liverpool in civil engineering.
