Why is a great relationship with your banker so important? We plan to share, at a high level, how we underwrite and review a company's debt capacity. In our model, we benchmark the company’s gross margin, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory days to show how this will generate value for their business. We also highlight how much debt capacity the company can support. Lastly, we will touch on the importance of leveraging treasury services to maximize value and protect the company from fraud, among other things.
Learning Objectives:
- What can your bank do for you?
- Understanding Debt Capacity at a high level.
- Cash Flow Strategies
Speaker:
Hear from industry expert Kurt Fischer.
