2025 TAX REFORM - "A BIG, BEAUTIFUL" TAX UPDATE BY BILL
Bill Vennetti and panel speakers, Debra Liggett-Dixon and Rob Frenz, will review and highlight the 2025 tax reform bill in advance of the scheduled sunset date. Rob Frenz, CPA, MT

Rob Frenz is part of the Private Client Services practice of Andersen. He has provided proactive tax planning
and compliance services for individuals, partnerships, corporations and estates and trusts for over 16 years.
During his career, his work has focused on closely held and family businesses and their owners, along with large
family offices and other sophisticated businesses and investments. His experience also spans to the planning for
tax compliance issues associated with start-up and growing corporations, estates and trusts, private foundations,
and charitable trusts.
Services provided on recent engagements include:
• Coordinating tax compliance engagements for several rapidly-growing SaaS companies and their
subsidiaries
• ASC 740 preparation and planning, spanning multiple years and changing complexities
• Managing the client relationship for one of Pittsburgh’s most prominent real estate based family offices.
• Charitable Remainder trust planning and analysis in conjunction with a client’s large liquidity event
Prior to Andersen, Rob was a tax manager with Chemel Kornick & Mooney, LLC. He is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, Cleveland. He is active in many community activities in Cranberry Township.
