Alejandra Santos - Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) | Strategic Finance & M&A Executive

Alejandra Santos is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience in financial strategy, M&A advisory, and operational excellence. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Finance from George Mason University, Alejandra has built a career centered on driving business growth and enhancing valuation.

Her career highlights include spearheading the minor acquisition for Vegamour's $80M equity investment, facilitating a $12M capital raise for a tech startup, and leading Series A fundraising readiness for Reel Products. Her expertise in venture capital, exit strategy, and operational optimization has made her a trusted advisor to C-suite executives navigating complex financial landscapes.

In addition to her client-facing roles, Alejandra is dedicated to fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs. As an instructor with The Educated CEO, she delivers entrepreneurial programs at colleges across Southern California, imparting actionable insights on growth, strategy, and financial literacy.

Currently, Alejandra leads impactful initiatives as a principal at STTCG, a consulting firm that partners with small—and medium-sized businesses to increase value through strategy, growth, and operational efficiency. She also plays a pivotal role at Sprintly Partners, which supports startups from Seed to Series A, providing fractional CFO services and financial leadership that drive sustainable growth.
