WAYNE GRANGER
Adding value to others is a core belief that drives me every day. Through 30 years of public service in law enforcement, education, and small business, my path led me to work alongside various stakeholders to achieve the goals of the organization and our community. My experience in business operations and finance, budgeting, strategic management and change leadership has given me decades of experience upon which to draw creative solutions to a variety of challenges. As an alumnus of both the University of Colorado-Boulder (Bachelor's) and University of Denver (Master's), my love of Colorado runs deep.
I chose a career with Edward Jones because I believe I can make a difference in the lives of families in my community by serving their unique financial needs and achieving their goals. Decades of service as a former public employee gives me a unique perspective on the intricacies of life after serving the community and the financial and retirement impacts.
One of my deepest passions is in Leadership Development and Personal Growth. As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member, I have learned from John C. Maxwell, the world's foremost leadership expert and author. I bring this growth mindset to my community through volunteering and service, whether that is through my church or personal relationships. Recently, I joined 75 Maxwell Leadership coaches from around the globe and volunteered to serve in Panama City, Panama, training over 3,500 people in the values-based Transformation Tables program.
I have lived in the Longmont area for over 28 years, having served on multiple boards and as the Executive Director of Flagstaff Academy Charter School for a decade. My wife, Terri, and I have six adult children, two cats, and of course a Goldendoodle, in our blended family. I am an avid sports fan, especially hockey, and enjoy hiking and cooking in my spare time.
I appreciate your referrals and the opportunity to serve you. You can connect with me on LinkedIn or email me at Wayne.Granger@EdwardJones.com.
