Meet the Presenters

Quist Insights is a 35-year old independent service provider solely focused on valuation services.  Our staff consists of experts with the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA). Valuation services include corporate finance transaction reports, equity compensation, financial reporting and tax planning.  We also have expertise working with venture capital firms determining fair value of complex securities, including equity, convertible debt and other performance-based derivatives.

In 2019 Quist introduced a SaaS valuation platform, Quist Insights™.  The application uniquely examines six (6) key quantitative and qualitative business factors which drive value.  Answering 65 questions, clients, within an hour, obtain a current and potential future valuation of their business, an assessment of the business’ key value driver strengths/weakness and a set of actionable recommendations, when implemented lead to increased business value. The software is marketed directly and through a network of partner advisors including Exit Planners, Consultants, CPAs, Investment and Legal firms.
